Within the scope of Economic Support, our foundation sees it as a fundamental humanitarian responsibility to ensure that Turkish citizens in need can access their basic living rights and to make them feel that they are not alone in their journey from food and shelter to education and healthcare.
Accordingly, we implement comprehensive in-kind and cash support programs for children, youth, adults, and the elderly.
We provide university students with educational scholarships; primary school children with winter clothing sets, books, stationery, and toys; needy families with cash food assistance, sacrificial meat, clothing, shoes, and heating support; women leaving shelters to start a new life with furniture and household appliances; people with disabilities with electric and manual wheelchairs, orthopedic equipment, and hospital beds; and needy families with utility bills, transportation, painting, renovation, and maintenance support. In short, we cover all types of essential needs individuals may encounter throughout their lives, free of charge.
Within our means, we also extend these supports to refugee communities, reaching the lives of more than 10,000 people annually.
To ensure the sustainability of economic support, our foundation generates diverse income streams through its social enterprise SKYTECH PROJECT.
Revenues generated from our on-site store selling cosmetic and hygiene products, natural and organic foods, and dietary supplements, as well as from concerts, theatre performances, panels, and seminars, strengthen the financial infrastructure of our aid activities.
In this way, by diversifying our income sources, we increase our capacity to reach more people in need.
All our economic support is delivered through a transparent, fair, and fast process to families and individuals who have completed social assessments.
In the short term, we aim to meet urgent needs, and in the long term, to help supported families become self-sufficient.
