Nuray Kabaoğlu, mother of Emrah İncili, was born in 1955 in Devrek, Zonguldak. After completing her education at Devrek High School, she moved to Konya in 1980. Together with her husband, Mehmet Bey, she worked in a photography studio and a plastics factory until the late 1990s while raising their two sons. In later years, she served as Honorary President of Canlar Boru and Gökyüzü Foundation, contributing to the lives of tens of thousands of people.
Remembered as a pioneering woman, devoted mother, and joyful grandmother, she was loved by those around her. She extended a helping hand to anyone in need, offered guidance that comforted many, and remained a lifelong guide to her sons. She made invaluable contributions to the establishment of our foundation and beyond. Kabaoğlu passed away on 26 March 2025.
Following her passing, she is remembered as continuing to watch over our foundation from the sky. From this year onward, all achievements of our foundation are dedicated to her memory.

Emrah İncili was born in Istanbul in 1979 and spent his childhood and youth in Konya, where he attended Karatay Anatolian High School. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Middle East Technical University and his master’s degree in Human Resources and Career Counseling at Ankara University.
He served as Chairman of Canlar Boru for 22 years, a company with regional offices across Türkiye. In 2021, he transferred the company, including its brand, machinery, and all assets, and dedicated himself fully to public benefit initiatives.
Having contributed to hundreds of social responsibility projects, İncili is a father of two daughters. He has dedicated his life to spreading goodness, truth, and beauty, and continues to live in alignment with Gökyüzü’s mission.
Born in Ankara in 1983, Didem Coral İncili met Emrah İncili through foundation activities and has been a member of the board since 2024.
She completed her bachelor’s degree in Biology at Middle East Technical University, her master’s degree in Biotechnology, and her PhD in Biology at Gazi University. She worked as a biologist for 15 years at the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Her research on insects includes published academic contributions. She has also delivered volunteer trainings at the foundation and conducts work on personal awareness and individual healing processes.
A mother of two daughters, she has made significant contributions to the development of Gökyüzü’s vision in recent years.
Mehmet İncili, father of Emrah İncili, was born in Konya in 1942. He has served as a board member of our foundation since 2025.
He completed his Sociology degree at Istanbul University. He operated a photography studio in Istanbul in the 1970s and in Konya in the 1980s, followed by a plastics factory in Konya in the 1990s. In the 2000s, he worked alongside his sons and later spent many years in retirement in Çanakkale. After relocating to Ankara, he actively contributes to our foundation in various departments as both a volunteer educator and in administrative roles.
Having dedicated his entire life to making the world a better place, Mehmet İncili continues his work within our foundation.
